Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please note that due to the complexity of email spam features implemented by various email service providers, we cannot guarantee the email delivery of Vouchers to the recipient. After purchase, please confirm with the recipient that they have received their voucher. To be safe, we recommend downloading a copy of their voucher on the ‘Thank You’ page once your order has been completed or from ‘Completed Order’ email that you will receive. If you are having trouble, please contact vouchers@shopspa.co.za.
- Packages/specials/discounted vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Please note, these types of vouchers will be charged on price of the package at date of redemption and not on date of voucher purchase. So should there be a price increase when voucher is redeemed, recipient of the voucher will be required to pay in the difference.
- Standard rand value vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
- No treatments without a valid voucher or voucher code(s)
- Bookings Subject to Availability
- Value of the voucher redeemable towards any experience on our property including accommodation and treatments at the spa
- Vouchers not exchangeable for cash
- Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- No changes to, or treatment swops may be made to the monthly special
- Order of treatments specified may change due to scheduling availability
- In the event of the client arriving late for a spa booking, the therapist will attempt to provide as many of the treatments as possible in the remaining allocated time
- At the time of making your booking please quote your voucher number in order for your booking to be secured
- On arrival please present your Gift Voucher/Voucher code as treatments cannot commence without a valid voucher code
Cancellations Terms for all Vouchers:
- Only written cancellations will be accepted, which will be acknowledged by our reservations office.
- 50% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- Should you not arrive on the date you have booked, and have not cancelled your booking, you will be debited with a no-show fee for the entire stay.
- The above cancellation policy does not apply to rooms that form part of a group.
